(Wes) McClure (1946- ) graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from North Carolina State University in 1969. While attending the university, he served as student body president, 1967-1969. After graduation he practiced architecture mostly in North Carolina, and he was a principal in the firm McClure Hopkins Architects. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects.
