Technical Professionals (EHRA*)

  • This position is an important departmental resource for developing and supporting Apple and Windows computing at the Libraries and helps create and maintain centralized infrastructure for these environments.

Support Staff (SHRA**)

  • The University Program Associate oversees day-to-day processes of the administrative office in the D.H. Hill Jr. Library and leads and coordinates technical processes that support several of the Libraries’ key strategic programs. They serve as the main program contact, plan and coordinate program activities, manage events, and problem-solve process and procedural issues.
  • The University Library Specialist applies technical, metadata, and data skills to support the expanding (in scope, origin, and variety) and increasingly complex responsibilities of the Data Projects & Partnerships (DPP) Unit, as well as the Acquisitions & Discovery department and the Libraries as a whole.
