Other subjects include student enrollment data, enrollment projections, degrees conferred, freshman research, teaching loads, retention, suspension and attrition, and minorities. The North Carolina State University Office of University Planning and Analysis was created by merging Institutional Research (which originated in the Chancellor's Office) with University Planning (originally in the Provost's Office). This unit has collected institutional data in support of long-term planning, assessment, and policy development on the NC State University campus.
