BOOKS
Books for this subject are found on the 6th floor of the DH Hill Library. Reference
books are primarily on the 1st floor, but for space considerations, others are also on the
6th floor. All chemistry material can be found under call numbers beginning with
QD. Related material can be found at call numbers QC (physics) or TP (chemical engineering).
To search for material, use the NCSU Library Catalog.
Chemistry Journals
Search for both print and electronic journals with the NCSU Library
Catalog.
Electronic Copies
Many chemistry journals have electronic access. These can be found at
http://www.lib.ncsu.edu/journals/. Electronic availability
depends greatly on the age of the article you need and the publisher.
Print Copies
Chemistry journals will be physically located in the QD call
number range. Related material can be found at call numbers QC (physics) or TP (chemical engineering). The current year journals are on the first floor of
the Erdahl-Cloyd (west) wing near the Reserves Desk.
Older bound journals will be found in the same call number range
on the 6th floor of the tower.
In addition, a number of polymer science journals are located at
the Burlington Textiles
Library located on the Centennial Campus.
