Renovations are complete at the Natural Resources Library! The transformed library opened in 2022.

Designed to encourage interaction as well as individual study, the new library will expand into the lobby, removing barriers and adding a variety of study and lounge spaces, including group study rooms. A new library service “core” will house traditional functions, including circulation and technology lending, a smaller print collection, staff space, and the Ask Us desk.

A new coffee shop will be added, providing food and beverage choices in an underserved area of the campus. A palette of colors and materials, inspired by nature, includes soft greens and light stained wood, reflecting the natural sciences theme. Watson Tate Savory is the architectural firm for this project.
