From Durham, Chapel Hill, and points west

  1. Take I-40 east to Raleigh.
  2. Take Exit 289 - Wade Avenue.
  3. Continue on this freeway a few miles, pass underneath the beltline (I-440), and go through two stoplights.
  4. Turn right at the third stoplight, onto Faircloth Street.
  5. Turn left at the first stoplight, onto Hillsborough Street.
  6. Continue a little over a mile, and the campus and library will be on your right.
  7. The library is a large, brick building directly across from a Wells Fargo Bank on the corner of Hillsborough and Pogue streets.
  8. The entrance to the library is at the northwestern corner of the building, on the Hillsborough Street side, near the intersection of Hillsborough Street and Gardner Street.

From Clayton, Benson, and points east

  1. Take I-40 West to Raleigh.
  2. Take Exit 295 - Gorman Street.
  3. Turn right at the foot of the exit onto Gorman Street.
  4. Continue a couple of miles and cross Western Boulevard; the campus will be on your right.
  5. Continue to Hillsborough Street and turn right. A BP station will be on your right.
  6. Continue a little over a mile, and the campus and library will be on your right.
  7. The library is a large, brick building directly across from a Wells Fargo Bank on the corner of Hillsborough and Pogue streets.
  8. The entrance to the library is at the northwestern corner of the building, on the Hillsborough Street side, near the intersection of Hillsborough Street and Gardner Street.

From I-440 Beltline

  1. Take Exit 3 - Hillsborough Street.
  2. At the bottom of the exit ramp, take a left onto Hillsborough Street.
  3. Continue about two miles, and the campus and library will be on your right.
  4. The library is a large, brick building directly across from a Wells Fargo Bank on the corner of Hillsborough and Pogue streets.
  5. The entrance to the library is at the northwestern corner of the building, on the Hillsborough Street side, near the intersection of Hillsborough Street and Gardner Street.
