The Design Library is located on the second floor of Brooks Hall, the main building of the College of Design. Brooks Hall faces the traffic circle at the intersection of Pullen Road and Stinson Drive, across from Pullen Park.

Parking

Campus visitor permits

Visitor parking permits are available at the Visitor Information Booth on Stinson for $2 per day. Traveling east on Hillsborough Street, go into the traffic circle after the Bell Tower and turn right onto Pullen Road. At the next traffic circle, turn right onto Stinson Drive. Drive down to the Visitor Information Booth where they will direct you to the Coliseum Parking Deck, which is a few minutes' walk from the Design Library.

The Coliseum Parking Deck Pay Lot is also available for visitor parking. From the traffic circle on Hillsborough, turn right on to Pullen. Continue straight through the traffic circle on Pullen Road, passing Brooks Hall. Just after the railroad bridge, turn right onto Dunn Avenue. The Coliseum Parking Deck sits on Dunn Avenue between Jeter Dr. and Jensen Dr.

Purchase visitor parking permits online up to two weeks prior to the visit date. However, please note that the permit cannot be printed until the day of the visit.

Off-campus Parking

Hillsborough Street has metered spaces along the sides. They are enforced all hours: 9:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. every day except Sunday.

Campus visitors may park for free at the Park & Ride lot at Carter-Finley Stadium. The free-of-charge Wolfline bus service (Route 6) runs between Carter-Finley Stadium and a stop right outside the D. H. Hill Library. The trip takes only 10 minutes, and buses run every 10 minutes during the fall and spring semesters. After hours

Campus parking is free and open to the public after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and throughout the weekend, with a few posted exceptions. Riddick Parking Lot is the closest to the College of Design.
