The Exhibit Gallery showcases special and unique collections held by the Libraries, including documents, photographs and prints. Some exhibits highlight the distinguished work of NC State researchers, administrators, or students; others may be traveling exhibits that the Libraries makes available in our exhibit spaces. The Exhibits Program Librarian designs and curates the exhibits along with Special Collections librarians.

How do I get there?
Brickyard Entrance
Elevator
- Enter the Hill Library from the Brickyard entrance.
- Go through the library gates and turn right.
- Continue towards the reading room and the elevator bay will be on your left.
- Take the elevator to the first floor.
- Turn right after exiting the elevator bay and follow the balcony around to the right.
- Continue straight through the lobby and into the Learning Commons.
- Continue straight.
- The Exhibit Gallery begins where the carpet ends.
Stairs
- Enter the Hill Library from the Brickyard entrance.
- Go through the library gates.
- Take the main stairs up to the first floor.
- Turn right past the lobby into the Learning Commons.
- Continue straight.
- The Exhibit Gallery begins where the carpet ends.
Hillsborough St. Entrance
Elevator or Stairs
- Enter the Hill Library from the Hillsborough St. entrance,
- Go straight through the gates and turn left.
- Continue down the hallway until you reach the stairs and elevator.
- Take the stairs or elevator to the first floor.
- Continue into the Tower.
- Continue straight through the lobby and into the Learning Commons.
- Continue straight.
- The Exhibit Gallery begins where the carpet ends.
