Building: D. H. Hill Jr. Library

Floor: First Floor, East Wing

Room: 1120

The Exhibit Gallery showcases special and unique collections held by the Libraries, including documents, photographs and prints. Some exhibits highlight the distinguished work of NC State researchers, administrators, or students.

Exhibits in the Gallery are curated by an NC State public history graduate student selected through a competitive process to fill a GSSP/GEA position. The student is supervised by the Special Collection Research Center’s (SCRC) curatorial staff and works with the entire SCRC department and the Libraries’ External Relations unit throughout the process to create and install exhibits. The student receives mentoring throughout the exhibit development and gains important hands-on public history experience.
