- 9:00 AM: Doors open
- 10:00 AM: Final submission deadline; all teams asked to be on-site and ready for judging.
- 11:00 AM–2:00 PM: Round-robin judging
- 3:00–3:15 PM: Awards ceremony
- 3:15–4:00 PM: Games showcase
