The records of the North Carolina State University Chapter of the Keramos National Professional Ceramic Engineering Fraternity contain their by-laws, annual reports, correspondence, membership rosters, financial information, meeting minutes, and other general information about the chapter and its activities. Also contained in this subgroup are records from the Keramos national office, including member directories, organization history, national constitution, by-laws, and operating procedures, publications, and materials submitted by other chapters and then re-distributed by the national office. Materials are arranged in two series, North Carolina State University Chapter,which contains records created and used by the local chapter; and Keramos National Organization, which contains materials created and distributed by the national organization, or by other chapters, who submitted materials to the national office (which then distributed them to all chapters). Materials are arranged alphabetically by topic within each series.
