About This Event

(Imported from Oracle) I have extended the length of the session at ITD's request. Chris King will be leading the session. He said we won't take the entire time, but to go ahead and block off the room just in case. In case this meeting seems out of context or is a surprise to anyone, RIS staff recently asked ITD to train us on Remedy basics so that we can train our laptop student techs on the system. Andrew suggested that it would be good to include some IT folks as well, as its been awhile since your last remedy session. Thanks, Joe
