About This Event
Women have been an integral part of NC State since its founding in 1887. The Libraries' Dare and Do! Women's History at NC State exhibit in the Hill Library Exhibit Gallery explores and celebrates the rich history of Wolfpack women.
Kelly Arnold, a Masters student in Public History, and Henry Stover, an undergraduate in Art and Design, join Virginia Ferris, Lead Librarian for Outreach and Engagement in the Special Collections Research Center, to discuss these visionary women and their contributions to NC State. Learn how women in the Wolfpack have continuously created communities to support and uplift one another and why many of their achievements are not always reflected in the University Archives.
