Digital Library Initiatives
Tito Sierra is the Associate Head for Digital Library Development at NCSU Libraries where he leads a small research and development team that builds new digital library applications. Recent projects include CatalogWS, a Web API to the NCSU Libraries catalog, the Computer Availability Display application, and Library Course Views, a project in development that will provide dynamically generated course-centric views of library resources and services for all courses at NCSU. He was a lead user interface designer for NCSU's faceted library catalog, and Search TRLN. He previously worked in program management and web development positions at Amazon.com.
