The Landing

The Landing is a versatile wellness space for the NC State community. Students can relax and connect with others through board games, Legos, craft materials, and a variety of other hands-on activities. Throughout the year there are various events, hosted in the room, centered around stress reduction, emotional regulation, and mindfulness. When not reserved for specific events, The Landing is open for social gathering and group work. The room is equipped with plants, different light settings, and lounge seating. The room’s maximum capacity is 20.
NC State University students, faculty, and staff can request to reserve The Landing for:
- Wellness activities
- Student-focused workshops and activities
- Scholarly sessions
- Campus initiatives related to student wellness

Contact Anne Burke about reserving this space at least 14 days in advance of the requested date.

How do I get there?
Using Elevators
- Go through the library gates past Ask Us
- Continue straight until you reach the blue or third hallway to your right.
- Turn right into the hallway for the elevators.
- Take the elevators to the third floor.
- After leaving the elevator bay, turn right and continue straight until you pass the stairs on your right.
- The Landing will be on your right opposite the Dataspace.
Using Stairs
- Go through the library gates past Ask Us
- Take the yellow stairs on your right to the third floor.
- Turn right and The Landing will be in on your right opposite the Dataspace.
