Shout-out for Hilary Davis

I've lost count of how many times over the years I've found myself thanking Hilary for helping me learn to navigate the Libraries and NC State. Hilary is a natural mentor and is always willing to give her time and energy to support and advance her colleagues. Most recently, Hilary shared tips and resources that she's created as a supervisor that help her ensure new employees receive a consistent and welcoming experience when joining her department. I'm so grateful that she was willing to share the results of that hard work with me and others so we can mirror her example in our units. Thanks to Hilary for being such a collaborative and helpful colleague-- it surely doesn't go unnoticed!
