Built Environment North Carolina Modernist Houses Collection
North Carolina Modernist Archives (formerly Triangle Modernist Houses) is a nonprofit organization with a mission for the documentation, preservation, and promotion of Modernist houses. It created the North Carolina Modernist Houses open digital archive for residential Modernist architecture. North Carolina Modernist Archives is an important partner in helping the Special Collections Research Center collect, preserve, and make accessible architectural drawings and other documentation on the heritage of Modernist house design in North Carolina’s Research Triangle region. NCMH also created the US Modernist Library, a Mid-Century Architecture Magazine Archive.
