Refreshing Software and Technology Lending Descriptions with Agent-Based AI
We audited and rewrote the descriptions for roughly 300 devices and 150 software titles in the Libraries' technology lending and software catalogs, replacing outdated, vague, or manufacturer-supplied copy with consistent, informative descriptions—aided by an AI agent and a custom-built side-by-side review application.

Open Pedagogy Pit Stop: A Case Study on How Google Gemini Can Help Build Educational Tools From Scratch
Dr. Stephanie Mathews partnered with the Libraries through the Open Pedagogy Pit Stop Program to use Gemini to help build a web-based platform to assist students in identifying biochemical test results.

StudiosBot: Custom Automation for Studios Service
StudiosBot is an in-house automation suite designed to streamline operations across the Libraries' five staffed experiential learning spaces that comprise The Studios. By layering structured administrative workflows over a low-friction communication hub, the bot leverages Discord to automate elements of personnel scheduling, documentation, and reservation management for a large, collaborative student workforce.
