About This Event

Eggs have been making headlines for months, but eggs and chickens have always been an important staple of farms and agricultural communities. Join NC State alumnus and founder of A/V Geeks Skip Elsheimer and Dr. C. Dale Monks, associate director and state program leader ANR & CRD with NC State University Extension, to discuss vintage educational films including a film from the 1940s showing a trip to a chicken farm and a film from the 1970s that shows how eggs are screened for quality.
