About This Workshop

Join us to learn how to speed up your applications using CUDA, NVIDIA's parallel computing platform and programming model for general computing on graphical processing units (GPUs). This workshop is divided into three sections: 1. Introduction to Accelerated Computing (9:00am-10:00am): Explore a variety of techniques for accelerating applications, including CUDA and OpenACC. 2. Lab 1 (10:00am-11:30am): Reworking an existing app using CUDA. 3. Lab 2 (11:30am-1:00pm): Introduction to several CUDA libraries. It is highly recommended that you attend all three sections. While basic C/C++ or Python competency is a plus, hands-on work will focus on CUDA.
