About This Event
In celebration of the World of Bluegrass festival hosted by IMBA in Raleigh, Professor Will Boone from NC State’s Music Department and A/V Geeks founder and NC State alumnus Skip Elsheimer will share a series of rare short documentary and instructional films about music and musicians. From bluegrass to early electronic music, films will include To Hear Your Banjo Play, a 1947 film featuring Woody Guthrie and Pete Seeger.
