The Libraries welcomes all new and returning students to the start of the fall 2017 semester! Look for our friendly librarians throughout Wolfpack Welcome Week as we help you get acquainted with our many services, events, workshops, and technologies available to you.
Visit our Welcome Back Info Booths at both D. H. Hill Jr. and the Hunt Library Tuesday through Thursday, Aug. 15-17 from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. We will be on hand to answer your most burning library questions, print your class schedules (for free) and help you connect your devices to the wireless network.
We'll also be out on Hillsborough Street at Packapalooza on Saturday, Aug. 19, 2-10 p.m. with tattoos, house-made items from our own Makerspace, and other fun prizes.
Look for the Libraries at a variety of other semester-opening events, including the international students orientation, the graduate student orientation fair, and the Chancellor's Shelton Leadership Development Program.
Fall semester hours at both Hill and Hunt begin on Wednesday., Aug. 16:
- Monday-Thursday: open 24 hours
- Friday: closes at 10 p.m.
- Saturday: 9 a.m.-10 p.m.
- Sunday: 9 a.m.-overnight
