The North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service, Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) Records contains county by county records, unit reports, and reviews. The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP), established in 1969, is a Federal Extension and Community outreach program that has been operating through the 1862-1890 land-grant universities across the country.
