Elliot Felix is a student success consultant, speaker, and author. He leads Buro Happold's higher education advisory practice where he uses his background in design to enable student success by improving the spaces students learn and live in, the support services they rely on, and the technology they use.

Through his work at Buro Happold and brightspot, the higher education strategy consulting company he founded in 2011, which was acquired by Buro Happold, he has improved the experience of more than 1,000,000 students so that they may find their place, their people, and their path.

Elliot speaks and writes about student success frequently, and his work has been featured in Fast Company, Forbes, and The Chronicle of Higher Education. His book How to Get the Most Out of College was published in January 2022. He lives in Minneapolis with his son Theo, daughter Nora, and wife Liz where he runs around four lakes per week.
