PrivCo
Description
Database of financial data on major privately-held companies. Includes private financials and revenues; private M&A deals and deal multiples, private firm valuations, VC funding, private equity deal history; and private and family ownership data.
How do I access this database?
If you have already registered for a PrivCo account:
- Visit PrivCo and select the "Sign In" button.
- Sign in with your previously-created PrivCo username and password.
If you have not yet registered for a PrivCo account:
- Visit PrivCo and select the "Create an Account" link.
- In the form provided, type your First Name, Last Name, Insitution as North Carolina State Univeristy and your @ncsu.edu email.
- Choose a password known only to you and unique from yout unityid password.
- Provide your Graduation Month and Graduation Year and your Designation.
- Read the Terms and Conditions of use and check the box next to Click here to agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click the Complete Sign up button.
