This planned closure is required for building maintenance related to electrical infrastructure.
Where else can you use study spaces and library resources?
Located on North Campus, about 0.4 miles away from the Hill Library
Located on the Central Campus, about 0.9 miles away from the Hill Library
Located on Centennial Campus, about 1.8 miles away from the Hill Library

Books that live at the Hill Library will stay there over the summer and be unavailable. But don’t worry—you can request the book, and we’ll get it from another library through Tripsaver (Interlibrary Services).
Returning books: You can return books to any of our four other libraries, including the Hunt Library.
Book pickups: Book request pickups will not be available at the Hill Library. You can request and pick up books at our four other libraries, including the Hunt Library.
Textbooks and Reserves: Most of our textbook collection and course reserves will be moved to the Design Library.
Special Collections: The Special Collections Research Center (SCRC) is located in Hill Library, and will be closed for all appointments during this period. During the closure, SCRC staff can answer questions about our collections (if they are accessible) and support researchers using digital materials for their research. Some materials will not be available for reproduction requests.
You can borrow and return all technology devices (such as laptops and chargers) at the Hunt Library, and many devices are available at the branch libraries.
