The Young Democratic Socialists of America distributed the flyer titled "Resist Recruitment! No Jobs for Genocide, No Workers for War" at the first event of their "Resist Recruitement" campaign, targeting NC State career fairs. This flyer brings attention to the companies NC State invites to career fairs--such as Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, and Boeing--that provide weapons, equipement, and technology to Israel. The Young Democratic Socialists of America call on engineering students to boycott these companies that are "actively commiting genocide."
The first arrest of a pro-Palestine activist in the Triangle occured at this event.
