This subgroup contains the annual reports of the North Carolina State University Alumni Association.

Biographical/historical note

The North Carolina State University Alumni Association is the unit that engages alumni and friends through programs and services that foster pride and enhance a lifelong connection to NC State (https://www.alumni.ncsu.edu/s/1209/16/interior.aspx?sid=1209&gid=1001&pgid=4682, accessed 7/28/2020). This unit was formerly known as Alumni Affairs and Alumni Relations.

The Alumni Association was established in 1895, six years after the first classes were held at North Carolina College of Aricultural and Mechanic Arts (now North Carolina State University). The 1986-1987 narrative and pictorial histories of the university were published under the auspices of the Alumni Association. In September 2006, the Alumni Association moved into the Dorothy and Roy Park Alumni Center, built on the southern shore of Centennial Campus’ Lake Raleigh.

Scope/content

This subgroup contains the annual reports of the North Carolina State University Office of Alumni Relations. Materials range in date from 1967 to 1992.
