MoreThis collection consists of thirteen color photographic prints and thirteen color photographic negatives showing neighborhoods near the North Carolina State University campus in Raleigh, North Carolina. These images show an area of Raleigh roughly bounded by Hillsborough Street, Brooks Avenue, Wade Avenue, and Oberlin Road, and they date from 1970 or 1971. All items are aerial photogaphs. The photographs, probably created by Ed Caram, were taken at the request of Thomas L. Quay and Ray L. Winstead, who were conducting research on birds in suburban residential enivornments.
