There are some items from the 1970s and several items of correspondence from 1999. Topics include care of animals such as cows, horses, and dogs. Many publications are about diseases of these animals.

The collection is dividied into six series: 1. Cattle, 2. Horses, 3. Dogs, 4. Swine, 5. Insects and Pests, 6. General Veterinary. Within each series, materials are arranged chronologically.
