The North Carolina State Beekeepers Association Records, 1917-2026 (bulk 1950-2018), contains minutes, agendas, financial reports, correspondence, newsletters, publications, beekeepings manuals, curriculum materials, calendars, and archived web content. Other materials include photographs, videos, and presentation materials relating to beekeeping and honey production. Significant portions of the collection are from the personal and professional papers of John D. Foust, who was elected President of the North Carolina State Beekeepers Association in 2003. Materials range from 1917 to 2026, with the bulk of materials from 1950 to 2018.

The Photographic and Audiovisual Materials series contains photographs, negatives, CDs, DVDs, and VHS tapes related to beekeeping and North Carolina State Beekeepers Association events. The materials range from 1970 to 2010.
