William K. Collins was extension tobacco specialist and associate professor of crop science at North Carolina State University.
William K. Collins was appointed extension tobacco specialist and associate professor of crop science at North Carolina State University in 1966. He was an agronomist at R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. from 1963 to 1966. He received the Ph.D. degree from Iowa State University in 1963 and the M.S. from North Carolina State College (later North Carolina State University) in 1954.
