Scholarships galore

Nicky Andrews and Sonoe Nakasone will each receive diversity scholarships to attend Code4Lib 2018 in Washington, D.C. in mid-February. The conference gathers technologists at libraries, archives, and museums to talk about open technologies. Nakasone will co-present a talk entitled “One step at a time: Laying the groundwork for Linked Data with URIs.” Andrews also received a diversity scholarship to attend the Digital Library Federation annual conference in Pittsburgh last October.

Erica Hayes will use a scholarship to attend the Digital Humanities Summer Institute in British Columbia in June.
