As a result of research, a forum, and surveys, five ares were targeted for implementation: expanding the classroom technology improvement plan, implementing and testing the new standard for technology in a limited number of classrooms, deploying a new classroom-based technology learning system, establishing pilot technology-enhanced workspaces, and initiating a faculty-support grants program. The plan was developed throughout 2002 and 2003, with a final report submitted in February 2004.
