American architect Bruce Goff (1904-1982) was known for his organic and eclectic designs of homes and several other structures in Oklahoma, Illinois, Missouri, and other locations. His architectural style was influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright and Louis Sullivan. Goff was also a a part-time teacher at the Academy of Fine Arts in Chicago.The L. A. Freeman Residence was designed by Bruce Goff in 1958 and is located at 6565 Park Circle, Joplin, Missouri in the Tabor Woods neighborhood.
