The Hosiery Association (originally the National Association of Hosiery & Underwear Manufacturers) was based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Hosiery Association was founded in 1905 and was a global trade organization advocating for hosiery manufacturers.
The collection includes industry directories (2002, 2004); annual hosiery statistics (1999); hosiery advertisements (1938); and the founding charter (1910) of the National Association of Hosiery & Underwear Manufacturers, which was later renamed The Hosiery Association.
