Where is the College of Education Media and Educational Technology and Research Center (METRC)?

The NCSU College of Education Media and Educational Technology and Research Center (METRC) is the curriculum material center for the College of Education. It is an affiliate of NCSU Libraries, providing services and resources including a computer lab, makerspace, digital media equipment, printing, and study spaces. Additionally, METRC provides access and lending of resources including books, journals, and current state-adopted K-12 textbooks for both students and faculty.

METRC also serves as a pick-up option for our free Tripsaver service, and is located on the 4th floor of Poe Hall. Regular opening hours may be found on the METRC website.

In addition to these services, you are welcome to use the materials and services in the general NCSU Libraries collection. To find out more about what education resources are available at NCSU Libraries, contact one of our Education Subject Specialists, visit our Education Databases, browse the stacks at the D.H.
