Here are a few steps you should follow to fix the problem.
If you log in and your K drive was not successfully mapped, you will not be able to save to the K drive or any other folders associated with a K drive (My Documents, etc).
To map the K drive go to Start -> Programs -> Map AFS and click on authentication. It will prompt you to log in with your Unity ID and password. Hit OK and the K drive will be mapped.
If you can see your K drive but you are unable to save, it is probably because there is not enough free space in the directory.

If none of this helps, try logging out and logging back in.
