Frequently Asked Questions
How do I make online requests for devices?
The vast majority of our devices are available on a first come, first serve basis. The notable exceptions to this rule are Amazon Kindles, and three day projectors. Both of these devices require an online reservation, and depending upon the number of reservation requests already received, you may be placed on a waitlist before a device is ready to collect.
If you would like to reserve a Kindle, please use the online form available here.
You will need to log in with your Unity ID and password.
To reserve a projector, please use the online form available here. Please note that priority is provided to those requiring a projector for an academic project.
To request special consideration in reserving other forms of technology, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
