Introduction to 3D Content Creation in Blender

Category: None

Tags: dml, workshop

Blender is a powerful 3D application similar to Maya or 3DS Max. Used in modeling, animating and rendering for design, film, television, games, and more. In addition to being free of cost, it is also geared for efficiency and quick turnaround time. This workshop serves as an introduction to the world of 3D content creation with Blender as the primary tool. In this four week series of workshops you will learn how to work efficiently in Blender's  user interface, navigate and manipulate objects in three-dimensional space, and master the fundamentals of modeling, lighting, shading, and rendering a simple scene in Blender.

Workshop Pre-Requisites

While any previous experience in computer graphics is helpful for learning Blender, this course is set up for beginners and will not require any prerequisite knowledge.
