Arduino Inventor Kit

Note: We are currently adding an ESP8266 WiFi Shield to all of our kits! This will enable WiFi-connected projects, making the kit a great tool for the Internet of Things.

The ever-growing, easy to use, fun to play with microcontroller platform! Arduino is an open-source hardware development board that is programmed with a simplified, easy-to-learn programming language. The SparkFun Inventor's Kit (SIK) has an Arduino-compatible board and a great set of parts to get a beginner started with programmable electronics. It includes everything you'll need to build 14 basic circuits, including a 36-page color starter guide to walk you through them.

In addition to the inventor’s kit, you can also check out WiFi and Ethernet shields at the Ask Us desk at Hunt. These connect out of the box with the campus network and can considerably expand your project possibilities.
