Visual Tips
Visuals are the focal point of a poster
- Photographs, illustrations, diagrams and charts can all present the same information in different ways.
- Labels must be close to any diagrams.
- Do not overwhelm the viewer with too much information.
- Less is more in a poster.
- Think of your poster as an illustrated abstract.
Minimize text - use graphics
- Keep text to a minimum.
- A poster is not a blown up paper!
