- The basic elements of a poster are the main heading, visuals, and finally, the supporting text.
- Columns help.
Textual Parts of a Poster
- Include a header with the name of the student(s), the name of the university and department, and funding agency.
- Be sure to identify the funding agency as "Sponsor: ..."
- Your poster should contain:
- the title of your project.
- a list of all project collaborators.
- an abstract.
Tell viewers - what your text and images should say!
- Tell us why your work matters
- What you did
- What you found
