CTD, comparative toxicogenomics database

The Comparative Toxicogenomics Database (CTD) prototype identifies interactions between chemicals and genes in diverse organisms to advance understanding of how environmental chemicals affect human health. CTD integrates and curates gene, sequence, chemical, reference, taxonomic and Gene Ontology data to support your hypotheses about gene-chemical interactions.

Toxicology abstracts database

Coverage: 1981-current. It covers issues in social poisons, substance abuse, natural toxins, legislation and recommended standards to environmental issues. It surveys the literature for toxicology studies of industrial and agricultural chemicals, household products, pharmaceuticals, andmyriad other substances, each issue publishes information concerning the in vivo effects of toxic substances.

TOXLINE (Cambridge Scientific Abstracts)

Covers the pharmacological, biochemical, physiological, and toxicological effects of drugs and other chemicals.
