About Hyun-Duck
As the Librarian for Management and Entrepreneurship, my role at NCSU Libraries is to help students and researchers connect with ideas and information in these subject areas. Here are some of the things I do in this role:
Work with graduate and undergraduate students from NC State's College of Management, to help them find quality resources for course assignments; work with anyone researching business topics and don't know where to begin. To find out more, get in touch with me by asking for me at the Learning Commons Reference Desk or schedule a Consultation Session by chat or email.
Collaborate with instructors as a Guest-lecturer or by designing learning activities around secondary sources of business information.
Create resources to help search through, access, and manage published literature and data that are relevant to business research, including patents. (See Business Research Guides)
Select relevant titles to add to the libraries' growing collection of published material in electronic and print format (books, periodicals, data sources, etc.).
One of my hobbies is to experiment with social media online and web-based collaborative tools for keeping current, connecting with researchers' and students' needs, tracking good websites for business information and applications in e-learning. Find me on these networks:
