Built Environment Built Environment
The Special Collections Research Center holds papers, drawings, and records of prominent architects, landscape architects, and golf course designers in the state and the southeastern United States, with an emphasis on major modernists.

Centennial Campus Documentation Project Centennial Campus Documentation Project
Under the direction of the University Archives, the Centennial Campus Documentation Project commenced in 2004 as a mechanism for preserving and providing research access to documentation on this relatively new and innovative area of NCSU.

Historical State Historical State
North Carolina State University Libraries and the Special Collections Research Center have created "Historical State" to be a single access point for resources on the history of the University. This site provides links to resources and information on university history on the library and university web sites.

Lewis Clarke Collections Lewis Clarke Collection
The NCSU Libraries' Special Collections Research Center documents the work of Lewis Clarke and Lewis Clarke Associates as well as a contemperaneous portion of the history of the NCSU School of Design between 1952 and 1968. This effort will chronicle major projects that changed the landscape of North Carolina as well as some projects that were built across the country.

North Carolina Research Campus Archive North Carolina Research Campus Archive
The NCSU Libraries' Special Collections Research Center is documenting the growth of the North Carolina Research Campus through an archival project. This effort will chronicle the area's metamorphosis as it happens by focusing on the development, construction and operation of the NC Research Campus.

Simulation Archive Simulation Archive
Established in 2003 with donations of papers and research materials by three pioneers in the field of simulation, the archive is supported by a full endowment to facilitate the addition of collections, expedite processing of print materials in the archive, and enable the digitization of select materials documenting the history of simulation.
Zoological Health Zoological Health
Supported by an endowment created by Dr. Michael Stoskopf and Dr. Suzanne Kennedy-Stoskopf, the Special Collections Research Center collects and provides access to materials which document the advancement of the basic science and clinical issues in the field of zoological health.
