SUBJECT: Instrumentation requirements for Achieving Critical Mass</opener>

<p>These <orig reg="instrumentation">intrumentation</orig> requirements are of a dual nature. First,<lb/>
the instrumentation specifically needed for the technical<lb/>
operation of determining the critical mass. Secondly, the<lb/>
instrumentation required from the viewpoint of possible hazards<lb/>
which might arise from some accidental occurrence.
