<p>As I said while visiting with you during the first critical experi-<lb/>
ment on the Raleigh Research Reactor, the <name type="corporate">North Carolina State College</name> <lb/>
and the <name type="corporate">School of Engineering</name>, in particular, are to be congratulated <lb/>
in having the first privately owned reactor in the <name type="place">United States</name>. <lb/>
You can be proud of the staff which accomplished this precedent making <lb/> 
project.</p>

<p>Please accept my thanks for the kindness and hospitality shown me <lb/>
while I was in <name type="place">Raleigh</name> last week.</p>
