the windows are 5'-2 3/4" x 4' 2 3/4" outside dimensions<lb/>
It may be seen that there is a <hi rend="sup">one or</hi> two inch clearance everywhere.</p>
<p>(2) Talked with <name type="person">Mr Yow</name>, <name type="corporate">Peden steel</name> who reports that water windows should be<lb/>
done shortly. With reference to painting I would suggest the following.<lb/>
<hi rend="strike"><name type="corporate">Peden Co.</name></hi><lb/>
that we specify that the insides of the tanks be sandblasted and<lb/>
painted <hi rend="sub"><hi rend="underline">by P<name type="corporate">eden Steel</name></hi></hi> according to the recommendations of the Amercoat Corp. (attached)<lb/>
the first or prime coat is supposed to be put on immediately<lb/>
after the steel is sandblasted, which would make it difficult to<lb/>
guarantee if they were prepared by <name type="corporate">Peden</name> and shipped to us.<lb/>
<name type="person">Mr. Yow</name> said they could procure the paint and apply it as we<lb/>
wanted.</p>
<p>The alternative is to do it ourselves. I don't think we could do as<lb/>
well. Give me your opinion on this</p>
