I called Norland Co, Inc., Atlas Supply Co, and Standard
Supply Co, Inc. here in town on the siphon break:
  HB-15755 Backflow preventer (American Standard Corp.)
Each said it was a hospital fixture that they did not stock
but could order it for us in1/2" x 1/2" for around $5.50.
3/4" x 3/4" " " 10.30
It would probably be just as convenient for us to order directly.
